Who it is for
This service is for businesses that want to know what their website is actually doing for them. It suits companies with steady traffic but few enquiries, online stores trying to raise conversion, and organizations that prefer not to send visitor data to third-party platforms. It is especially relevant for healthcare and privacy-sensitive businesses, where self-hosted analytics can simplify data-protection questions.

Self-hosted analytics with Dideban
Dideban is our own web analytics system, built in Laravel, with a WordPress plugin for non-Laravel sites. It tracks visits, sources, pages, events and conversions, while keeping all data on servers you control. There are no third-party cookies, data is not shared with advertising networks, and you choose where it is stored. Many clients run Dideban alongside Google Analytics during a transition, then decide which one to keep.
How we approach it
We start by agreeing what success means for your site: enquiries, sales, sign-ups, downloads or calls. We then audit existing tracking, which is often incomplete or double-counting, and set up a clean measurement plan. Once data is reliable, we look for the biggest drop-off points in your funnels and test improvements one at a time. Changes are based on evidence rather than opinion, and we report what worked and what did not.
Technology
We use Dideban Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and server-side event tracking where appropriate. Dashboards are built in Laravel or connected to tools your team already uses. A/B tests are run carefully to avoid slowing pages down or harming SEO. Consent banners are configured to match your privacy obligations.
Making data useful to your team
Numbers only help if people act on them. We keep dashboards short and focused on the few figures each team needs: sales sees leads and sources, marketing sees campaigns and landing pages, and management sees the overall trend. Where helpful, we run a short session with your staff to explain what the reports mean and how to read them. Alerts can notify you when an important metric drops sharply, such as form submissions stopping after a site change.
What you get
You get trustworthy numbers, dashboards your team actually reads, and a steady process for improving results. Each month, you receive a short report covering what changed, what we learned and what we will test next. Over time, the same traffic produces more enquiries and sales.
