Who it is for

This service is for founders launching a software product, and for established companies that need business software their off-the-shelf tools cannot provide. Typical projects include clinic and patient-management systems, marketplaces, booking platforms, dealer and distributor portals, ERP modules and internal dashboards. If your team runs key processes in spreadsheets and email threads, a focused web application often pays for itself quickly.

What we build

  • SaaS products with subscriptions, tenant isolation, roles and billing
  • Customer and partner portals for orders, documents, tickets and account data
  • Marketplaces connecting buyers, sellers and service providers, with payouts and moderation
  • Operational software such as ERP modules, inventory, scheduling and reporting
  • Healthcare platforms with appointments, records and privacy-aware data handling

We have built several of these on our own engines, including a data-processing engine for health platforms and a specialized ERP for the apparel industry, so we know where these projects usually get difficult.

How we approach it

We start by defining the smallest version that delivers real value, then plan releases around it. A short discovery phase produces user roles, key workflows, a data model and a release plan with fixed-price milestones. We build in two-week cycles with a working staging environment you can log into from week one. Automated tests cover billing, permissions and anything involving money or personal data. When the first release is live, we use real usage to decide what comes next instead of guessing.

Technology

Applications run on Laravel 13 and PHP 8.4 with MySQL or MariaDB, Redis for caching and queues, and Livewire or a JavaScript front end where the interface needs it. Our Genesis and Atlas engines supply authentication, roles and permissions, multilingual interfaces, audit logs, file storage, notifications and an admin panel. Background jobs, scheduled tasks and API integrations (payment gateways, SMS, email, accounting and shipping systems) are standard. We deploy to managed VPS or dedicated servers with automated backups, monitoring and a versioned update system that keeps every installation in step.

Working with our team

You work directly with senior engineers, not account managers relaying messages. With offices in British Columbia and Dubai, we cover North American, European and Middle Eastern working hours, which keeps feedback loops short. Every decision that affects scope, cost or timeline is written down and agreed before work continues, so there are no surprise invoices. If priorities change mid-project, we re-plan the remaining milestones openly rather than quietly cutting quality.

What you get

You get production software with clear documentation, a test suite, deployment scripts and a changelog. You own the code and the data. We can stay on as your engineering team for ongoing development, or train your in-house developers to take over; either way, nothing is hidden behind a proprietary platform.

Process

How this engagement runs

  1. Discovery

Workflows, roles, data model and a fixed-price first release defined with your team.

  2. Prototype

Clickable screens for the core workflows, tested with real users before code is written.

  3. Build in cycles

Two-week development cycles with a live staging site and a short review at the end of each.

  4. Launch

Load and security checks, data migration, production deployment and monitoring.

  5. Grow

Usage-led roadmap, new features and scaling as your user base increases.

Launch your first release with a solid foundation.

FAQ

Questions about web applications & saas

How much does an MVP cost?

Most MVPs we build start around USD 25,000, depending on workflows, integrations and roles. We fix the price per milestone after discovery.

Can you take over an existing application?

Often, yes. We start with a paid code review, then recommend whether to stabilize, refactor or rebuild specific parts.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. Code, data and documentation are transferred to you, and engine components are licensed to you without recurring fees.

Can it scale if the product grows?

Yes. We design for horizontal scaling with queues, caching and separate database servers, and add infrastructure only when usage justifies it.
