Managed hosting suits businesses that want their website and email to simply work, without managing servers themselves. How we approach it
We run our own servers rather than reselling generic shared hosting. Each server is hardened, kept updated and sized so that sites are not fighting for resources. Before moving a site to us, we review its code and dependencies so there are no surprises. Migrations are scheduled outside business hours, with DNS changes prepared in advance to keep downtime close to zero. Email migrations copy existing mailboxes so nothing is lost.
Our teams in British Columbia and Dubai cover different time zones, so monitoring alerts are picked up quickly whether your customers are in North America, Europe or the Middle East. If something fails, we fix it and tell you what happened, rather than opening a ticket with a hosting company on your behalf.
Technology
Servers run current Linux distributions with cPanel/WHM or a lean custom stack, depending on the plan. We use PHP 8.4, MySQL or MariaDB, Redis, LiteSpeed or Nginx, and Cloudflare for DNS, caching and DDoS protection. Email runs on hardened mail servers with spam filtering, virus scanning and authenticated sending. Backups are encrypted and kept in a separate location from the live server.
Support when you need it
Hosting support is handled by the same engineers who manage the servers. If a page is slow, an email is bouncing or a certificate is about to expire, we investigate the cause rather than sending a generic reply. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled for quiet hours in your time zone. Each month you receive a short summary covering uptime, backups, updates applied and anything that needs your attention, such as mailbox storage running low or a domain renewal coming up.
