How we work
Six clear stages, each with written outputs you can review and approve. You always know what is being built, why, and when it will be ready.
-
Discovery 1–2 weeks
We learn how your business works, who your users are and what the platform must achieve. We review any existing site, content and integrations, and agree on priorities. The result is a scope both sides can sign off on.
-
UX and design 2–3 weeks
We map the key user journeys, then design page layouts and the visual system for desktop and mobile. Multilingual and right-to-left versions are designed at the same time, not afterwards. You review clickable prototypes before any code is written.
-
Development 3–10 weeks
We build on our own Laravel engines, adding the custom features your project needs. Work is delivered in short cycles to a private staging site, so you can see real progress every week or two. Content entry and data migration run in parallel.
-
Testing and review 1–2 weeks
We test functionality, forms, payments and integrations across browsers and devices, and check performance, accessibility and security. You and your team do acceptance testing on staging. Issues are tracked and fixed before launch is scheduled.
-
Launch 1–3 days
We deploy to production, set up redirects from any old URLs, connect analytics and verify search engine settings. Launches are planned for low-traffic hours in your time zone. We monitor closely for the first days afterwards.
-
Handover and support Ongoing
We hand over the source code, accounts and documentation, and walk your team through the admin panel. From there, you can choose ongoing maintenance, a retainer for new features, or simply call on us when needed.
Choose how we work together
Fixed scope
Best for projects with clear requirements, such as a new corporate site or a rebuild. We agree on scope, price and timeline up front, and payments are tied to milestones.
Monthly retainer or dedicated team
Best for ongoing development, growing platforms and long-term SEO or support. You reserve a set number of hours or team members each month and we plan the work with you.
Time and materials
Best for exploratory work, integrations with unclear systems or projects where requirements will change. You pay for actual hours worked, with regular reports and agreed budget caps.
